Chicken and Vegetable Sausage rolls

Here is a healthy party treat, which the young and old love! They freeze well so can be made before the big day, I am only sorry I dont have a photo to share!

Chicken and Vegetable Sausage rolls

500g Chicken Mince
1 Medium brown onion – chopped finely
1 Medium Carrot – grated
1 small Zucchini – grated
125g Can Creamed Corn
60g Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
Season with white pepper (the tomato sauce should give them enough salt)
3 sheets puff pastry
1 extra egg for brushing
Sesame seeds to scatter over the top

1. Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan force and put baking paper on two large trays
2. In a bowl mix chicken mince, onion, carrot, zucchini, creamed corn, parmesan cheese, egg, tomato sauce and seasoning
3. Cut pastry sheets half lengthways, fill each half with the stuffing length ways and rolling over to enclose the stuffing.
4. Brush each roll with the extra egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds cut each roll into 6 and bake for about 30 minutes

My Madam 4 loves these and I often make extra and freeze them as an emergency dinner! Healthy, yummy treat to serve up at kids or adults party
